These postcard books are an ode to my love of sending mail & keeping every letter ever sent to me. Every postcard is perforated to tear away and let them extend to others. Using 35mm film photographs by me and scanned collected text from my letter collection.

Halftones & History: Jeu De Paume

April 2025
Brand Identity. Editorial Design, Publication Design

Jeu De Paume’s design identity through it’s rich history from the 1800s of a tennis court to a  present day Art Center that presents & promotes exhibitions on mechanical & electronic imagery  (photography, cinema, installations, online creation, etc.)

In my research I focused not only on the history of the space and evolution of the museum, but also the history of printing, halftones, and photography layers. Since halftone is a process of two, a lot of pages have 2 collums, and focusing on other ways to present two sides: past and present.

Concept & Website Prototype for Innovation Course
(click to reveal full site)

In my Innovation course, I pulled together my two interests of books and gardening to design my ideal library space: a Forest Library.

In tandem to this course I was taking Community Supported Textiles, which influenced my push towards using natural dyes, textiles, and extending the lifespan of books and objects we use.

Through research and prototyping, I designed a website with the details of these libraries, including a map, workshop schedule, and book catalog. The books in the catalog are actually all made by me !
